This one-day event is dedicated to advancing the recovery ecosystem and creating lasting change for individuals impacted by addiction. This conference will showcase innovative recovery strategies, foster collaboration among professionals and advocates, and provide practical tools for driving progress in our community.

Congratulations to the National Peer Recovery Alliance (NARR) on receiving $20,000 from ARCHway Institute to support their efforts to provide safe and sustainable recovery housing nationwide! As a long-time partner of NARR, ARCHway is excited to have the opportunity to provide this level of support to such a needed organization. NARR is a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to expanding the availability of well-operated and supportive recovery housing. They have developed the most widely referenced national standards for the operation of recovery homes. They work with and support 31 state affiliate organizations. With the help of ARCHway’s St. Louis community, we raised a record number of over $17,000 at our annual trivia night!According to the Missouri Institute of Mental Health, “Drug overdose deaths increased 16.5% in 2020. In total, 1,842 people lost their lives, which averaged to 5 deaths every day in Missouri last year.” We do this work for these 1,842 individuals we have lost, their family and friends, and those who are still struggling today. Jordan Hampton is a Care Coordinator with the ARCHway Institute. Through this position, he is able to work with PreventED in their GuidED Program. He works mainly with adolescents who have been caught at school with anything substance use related. In addition to this position, Jordan is the director of Recovery House, which provides a stable and supportive living environment for as many as 150 men. Jordan is an executive member of MCRSP (Missouri Coalition of Recovery Support Providers) working to raise the standards of recovery housing, while also serving on their accreditation team. Colton Baker is a person in long-term recovery and a Certified Peer Specialist at ARCHway Institute. He is also the Lead EPICC Recovery Coach with Comtrea, where he helps connect those with opioid use disorders to treatment. Michael came into the program after doing several years in the Nevada Department of Corrections because of his drug addiction. Michael had embraced recovery while incarcerated and was so excited about finding a new way to live. September Recovery Month Scholarships Awarded

ARCHway is celebrating September Recovery Month by awarding $5,000 in grants as scholarships to 10 different programs/organizations that offer support towards long-term recovery from substance use disorders.
