Valerie’s House Charlotte County is thrilled to team up with Archway Institute to prevent the disease of addiction.

Valerie’s House provides grief support at no cost for children and their caregivers; many of these families have been affected by drug and alcohol use, whether in the form of a death by overdose or drunk drivers. We are proud to have been a recent grant recipient and will use those funds for peer-to-peer grief support, counseling, school groups, and building mentor/mentee relationships.

The ARCHway and Valerie’s House relationship is just beginning, and we are excited to see where the next months and years take us. Thank you, ARCHway Institute, for the work you are doing for those struggling with the disease of addiction, here in Southwest Florida and beyond.
