Sue Drath retired from Energizer Holdings in 2024 as Chief Human Capital Officer after 30+ years. Her responsibilities included global culture, compensation, benefits, diversity and employee relations. She is proud of the shift to holistic employee wellbeing including mental and social in addition to physical and financial wellbeing. Ms. Drath is the founder of SKD Human Capital Coaching. In addition, she serves on the NAMI St. Louis Board of Directors, which provides free education, support, advocacy and a helpline to people with mental illness and their loved ones. Jenna Stuckey currently works as a Division Controller for Parker Hannifin, the global leader in motion and control technologies. She began her career with Parker directly from her undergrad where she has relocated and held varying accounting roles throughout her career. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Lake Erie College and a Master’s of Business Administration from Ohio University. Laurel Dawson has over 20 years of experience in the US Congress and Senate, primarily in the offices of Governor Mike DeWine. Her current role is as Governor DeWine’s Chief of Staff and prior to this position, she served as Counselor to the Governor. She also worked as Cabinet Director under the Administration of Governor George Voinovich. Laurel has extensive experience as a US Federal lobbyist, representing both for-profit and nonprofit entities, and served as campaign manager in a successful Ohio US Senate race. Kelly Prunty has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Saint Louis University, and a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University. She worked as an Account Executive at McKinney, an advertising agency based in Durham, North Carolina, before moving back to St. Louis to start a family in 2005. While raising her young children, Kelly started her own graphic design business, The Design Boutique, as well as a creative home décor business called Creativity is Contagious. Dawn Belamarich is an experienced leader and advocate within the behavioral health industry, and she is currently the System Director for Behavioral Health at Lee Physician Group. Dawn possesses dual master’s degrees, one in Criminology and one in Mental Health Counseling, and she is currently completing her Doctorate in Business Administration and Leadership at Walden University. For over a decade, Dawn has been an influential leader within the field, serving in leadership roles at for profit and nonprofit organizations. From 1999 through 2012, Mr. Stuckey served in various positions for Energizer Holding, Inc., most recently serving as the Vice President of Specialty Power, Lighting Products & Strategic Ventures. In this position Mr. Stuckey was responsible for developing and implementing three year business strategies, product cycle plans and marketing plans for Energizer Holdings, Inc. Mr. Stuckey is dedicated to the cause of ARCHway, due to his direct involvement in the recovery from addiction of a family member. Brian A. Sieve is a native of St. Louis, Missouri.
