ARCHway has released over $53,000 so far this year to support those across the country impacted by substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. The following is a list of grant recipients from Quarter 3 of 2022. It explains how these recipients have or will be utilizing these funds.

This Quarter’s Donations
Hilljack House (St. Louis, MO)
This grant was utilized to provide financial assistance for recovery housing to two different individuals at Hilljack House.
LIV Sober Living (St. Charles, MO)
These funds will be utilized by LIV Sober Living to support individuals financially who are in need of either respite housing or recovery housing.
Hope Recovery Community (Medina, OH)
These funds were utilized for Hope Recovery Community’s Fresh Start program, which offers peer support programming for those impacted by the criminal justice system. The goal is to help individuals being released from jail and prison and those on probation or in drug court, maintain long-term recovery from substance use disorders. Groups focus on overcoming barriers unique to those reentering the community. Recovery capital and recovery planning are keys to this weekly programming. The program is run by and supported by peer supporters who are going into the jail on a weekly basis.
Learn to Live Recovery (Hermann, MO)
This grant was utilized to provide financial assistance for recovery housing for an individual at Learn to Live Recovery.
Keys 2 a 2nd Chance (Warren, OH)
Keys 2 a 2nd Chance provides recovery housing to woman and woman with children. This grant will be utilized to supplement the rent for a mother without income and her two children. The goal is to keep mom and children together!
Art of Living (Naples, FL)
Grant funding was utilized to provide financial assistance for recovery housing to individuals at Art of Living recovery housing.
SHAR (Detroit, MI)
SHAR, ECHO Detroit’s Parent Program is a CARF Accredited treatment program. ECHO Detroit is the Recovery Supports arm of the organization. ECHO Detroit provides support and professional development to recovery coaches, activities for those in recovery, houses mutual support groups, and many other activities that support both those in recovery and their families. These funds will be used to help defray the costs of a showing of the new film by Gregg Williams, Tipping the Pain Scale. Tipping The Pain Scale is a feature documentary film following individuals grappling with the current systemic failures of how addiction is addressed in communities, and their journey to develop and employ new, innovative, and often controversial solutions to the problem. This is a great educational opportunity to spread awareness and decrease stigma related to SUD.
Cathy’s House (Medina, OH)
This grant will be utilized by Cathy’s House to provide a free family day/open house for their residents and alumni, providing an opportunity for the families of those they serve to connect with their mission and vision. This is a positive way to engage the families and facilitate positive family relationships, which are vital to long-term recovery.
Child and Family Empowerment Center (CAFE) (St. Louis, MO)
This grant was utilized to provide financial assistance for recovery housing for an individual at CAFE.
Kimmie’s Recovery Zone (Fort Myers, FL)
This funding was utilized for their showing of Tipping the Pain Scale and their Party in the Park Event, an event to celebrate recovery, bring awareness to substance use disorders, and diminish the stigma related to these disorders. Many community members and partners were present at the event!
The Phoenix House Project (Cape Coral, FL)
This grant was put towards the costs associated with getting a second recovery house and double the number of individuals they are able to serve. They did get their house!
Nextep (Ft Myers, FL)
Grant funding was utilized to provide financial assistance for recovery housing to individuals at Nextep.
West Virginia Sober Living (Morgantown, WV)
This grant was put towards the cost of a narcan vending machine – to increase access to this life saving medication in Morgantown, WV. Narcan from the vending machines will not cost the consumer.
Regenerate Your Authentic Nature (RYAN) (Ft Myers, FL)
Grant funding was utilized to provide financial assistance for recovery housing to individuals at RYAN.
Oxford House Starfish (Cape Coral, Florida)
Grant funding was utilized to provide financial assistance for recovery housing to individuals at Oxford House Starfish.
