Sue Drath retired from Energizer Holdings in 2024 as Chief Human Capital Officer after 30+ years. Her responsibilities included global culture, compensation, benefits, diversity and employee relations. She is proud of the shift to holistic employee wellbeing including mental and social in addition to physical and financial wellbeing.
Ms. Drath is the founder of SKD Human Capital Coaching. In addition, she serves on the NAMI St. Louis Board of Directors, which provides free education, support, advocacy and a helpline to people with mental illness and their loved ones.
Sue grew up in North Dakota and graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota before beginning her career with Energizer. She is grateful for the opportunities and friendships in Ohio, North Carolina and Missouri provided through Energizer to her and her family. She is blessed with a loving husband and daughter who live in St. Charles, Missouri.
