Brandon Conlin is Registered Alcohol and Drug Peer Support in the State of KY. He is currently working with ARCHway Institute as the Director of NPRA-KY, The Kentucky affiliate of the National Peer Recovery Alliance. Brandon also works as a Community Liaison for Addiction Recovery Cares (ARC). In this role he is in the community helping others trapped in a cycle of addiction reduce barriers and take their first steps to finding successful recovery. Jacob Dunavant, CPS

Jake Dunavant is a person in long-term recovery and a Certified Peer Specialist. He is currently working with ARCHway Institute as the director of NPRA-MO, the Missouri affiliate of the National Peer Recovery Alliance. In this role, he has developed and implemented a peer mentorship program for peer professionals in the state and serves as a recovery advocate. Jake also works as an Outreach Coordinator for Sana Lake Recovery Center in Missouri. Emily Stuckey, MS, CPS

Emily is the COO of ARCHway Institute. She served as CEO for 5 years before electing to transition to COO. She published the book, Igniting Hope: The Story of a Community Lighting the Way to Recovery, in 2021. The book speaks to ARCHway’s work to bring hope to all those impacted by substance use disorders. In addition, Emily is the founder of The National Peer Recovery Alliance (NPRA), which is now a division of ARCHway Institute focused on workforce development for peer support specialists and advocacy for the growing peer workforce.
