7 days/6 nights begin in the cosmopolitan city of Nairobi with a day tour of hand feeding the gentle Rothschild giraffes at the Giraffe Center, interacting with orphaned elephants or rhinos at the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, and glimpsing into the former home of “Out of Africa” author Karen Blixen –an overview of Kenya’s diverse conservation efforts and its colonial history.
3 nights luxury accommodations in a standard room at Panari Nairobi (or similar). A private vehicle (driver and guide) provide transportation to the famous Masai Mara National Reserve. Two photographic safaris per day included.
One relaxing night at the lovely Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge and 3 nights at the Keekorok Lodge to continue the safari experience (standard room and full board with two private game drives/day).
