The 6th Annual ARCHway Florida Charity Tennis Mixer and Golf Scramble has been cancelled for this weekend March 20th and 21st.

Event coordinators Dan & Jan Stuckey will be sending out an email to all registered tennis players, social hour registrations, golf and lunch registered participants tonight with details on donation/refund options and purchasing donated awards and gift baskets.

With the recent directive from the CDC today it became obvious what action we needed to take. We want to take a second and thank all our sponsors, gift donors, volunteers and participants for all their efforts.

Based on their generosity we believe we will still be able to meet our goal of providing funding in the area as planned for a variety of projects to help those that want to be in a recovery program.

We would also like to thank Twin Isles Country Club for their professional attitude and flexibility as we worked together to try and make this event happen. In the end it was just not meant to be.

More detailed information will be made available as we work through shutting down this event.
